For listed servers, we refresh approximate member totals and approximate online presence using Discord's public invite API and store the results in our database (server_invite_stats).
- Guild ID, guild name (when returned by Discord), invite code, and aggregate counts.
- Timestamps for last check, last success, and validity status.
- No message content or individual user profiles are collected for directory statistics.
5. Information We Collect — Bot (Optional Features)
When the Bot is added to a Discord server for notifications or dashboard use, it processes guild-level data through Discord's API and gateway.
- Guild ID, guild name, channel IDs you configure, and notification delivery metadata.
- Aggregate member counts and optional extended statistics for configured servers.
- OAuth identity for dashboard login (Discord user ID and basic profile fields Discord provides).
- No message content, voice data, or channel contents are accessed or stored for directory listing.
6. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:

- Show approximate member and online statistics on server pages.
- Deliver live/upload notifications when you enable them in the dashboard.

Listing content remains published until removed by administrators or upon a valid removal request from an authorized server owner.
